You know, I've heard Gin is not usually agreeable to men. I personally don't find it sweet, I have it with soda and lemon

Vodka sweet...? It should be tasteless and odorless...I can handle most alcohol but not tequila just has a bad aftertaste to me...

Gin was my choice when I was a younger lad but there were times I wouldn’t be a nice drunk.

goose/Tito’s is my choice of vodka and crown for the whisky

I am starting to drink bourbon a little and tried Weller for the first time a few weeks. 2 ice cubes. A bit on the pricey side but I plan on buying a bottle this summer

What brands...? I like a dirty Vodka martini...gotta be really cool

I edited my post to mention brands, but evidently never saved it. From my bar

Tequilla; El Padrino, Azunia, Casamigos, Patron, Jose Cuervo Silver and Jalapeño infused Tanteo

Scotch; Glenlivet (all shapes, sizes and ages), Glenmorangie, Tomintoul & JW Black

Bourbon; Maker's Mark & Bookers

Whiskey; JD, Jim Beam, Shay's Rebellion (Berkshire Mountain Distillers)

Vodka; Kettle One, Tito's & Silver Bear (another distiller from the Berkshires) I like their "barely filtered" product

live from 99's bar... A very nice selection party @99's
Casamigos is my go to tequila...I like the old bottle though..the new label throws me.
Mazcals are interesting..smokey..(I doubt I'm tell you anything you don't know)
A lot of little distillery's popping up around here.
IDK if you guys get Rouge Beer out east but they are making some nice small batch whisky a few miles from here...hard to find wine drinking time anymore..lol

I like giving business to local establishments. Hard to find product across county though

BMD uses beer barrels to age their products, with Sam Adams seeming to be their go to barrel. Some of their stuff can be stiff, but Shay's Rebellion is an absolutely incredible sipping whisky. My buddies are more into mixed drinks, they like the other whiskies. I think they're best known for Gin. I think they've grown into a regional distillery, available in a few states.

Silver Bear is run by a Swedish couple, purely local. Nice vodkas. I enjoy their barely filtered vodka, which actually tastes like a nice tequila.

I enjoy both places, talking to the owners and the distillers and hearing their stories as I get drunk.

If you ever do the Berkshires (western MA), visit both places
